  • chicken egg - 1 pc;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • breadcrumbs - 50 g;
  • salt to taste.

Porridge is mixed until homogeneous mass, beaten with egg and thoroughly kneaded. In a separate shallow bowl is poured breading. Shape small balls of wheat base, roll them in breadcrumbs, knead them slightly at the top and bottom and fry in boiling oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Goes well with hot and sour sauces, mayonnaise-mustard mixture.

Original flavor and quick preparation will surely make this dish one of the favorites in the diet. Ingredients:

  • Wheat porridge - 2/3 cup;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • hard cheese - 60 gr;
  • ground black pepper;
  • salt on the tip of a knife;
  • breadcrumbs for breading;
  • fresh herbs.

Mix the porridge with eggs, grated cheese and spices, form small cutlets, roll them in breading and fry in a hot pan in butter until golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped greens. As an option, you can grated cheese not to interfere with the base, and add portioned inside each cutlet.

Spicy with cabbage

The porridge itself has a very faint taste, to strengthen it and give new shades, different sets of spices are excellent. In a base of wheat porridge and egg are added: cardamom, ground black pepper, coriander, zira on the tip of a knife, 1/4 tsp turmeric. Also added to the mixture are:
